4. No certification service

MadePass provides digital infrastructure for managing product information. MadePass does not certify, approve or guarantee the quality, safety or compliance of products.

5. User accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and keeping login information confidential.

6. Intellectual property

The MadePass platform, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their own product information.

7. Limitation of liability

MadePass provides the platform on an “as available” basis and is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by users.
